- Accessible immediately upon enrollment
Because access is granted immediately, refunds are limited as described below.
2. Refund Eligibility

Course performance does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Course Access Duration
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, course access is granted for:

After the access period expires:

- Re-enrollment may require a new purchase

5. Account Responsibility
Course access is licensed to the individual purchaser only.
You may not:

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Technical Access
Course delivery is handled by Thinkific and its hosting infrastructure.
Land Cert Prep is not responsible for:
- Temporary service interruptions
- Platform maintenance
- Internet connectivity issues
- Third-party system failures
